Panerai is arguably one of the most polarizing of watch brands. Generally known for their oversized watch cases and seemingly over-engineered designs, the brand is also highly respected and loved by many, big-wristed and normal-wristed alike. 

But behind the impressions lies an Italian brand with a heritage that rivals that of the most well-known Swiss brands, stretching all the way back to 1860. A heritage that is firmly entrenched in the military, with the brand's watches being built with the singular goal of serving the needs of the Italian Navy. Even in the early days, though, they were more than simply toolwatches, as every piece Panerai made was designed to be a testament to the synergy between Italian artistry and technical ingenuity—the pinnacle of horological craftsmanship that could also do incredible things.

This ref. PAM 00326 from 2008 carries that legacy, with an emphasis on that immaculate craftsmanship. Featuring a fixed tachymeter bezel attached to a 44mm brushed titanium case, a gorgeous steel-blue dial with three subdials, and that instantly recognizable lever-set crown lock, this is an exceptional example from an iconic brand—and one that just happens to be in fantastic condition with its original box and papers.

CASE & BRACELET

The 44mm titanium case exhibits gentle signs of use and remains unpolished, displaying sharp chamfers with crisp factory finishing present. The original fixed tachymeter bezel is in extremely crisp condition, showing no signs of use or loss to the black enamel. The watch comes supplied on its original dark blue crocodile strap with a titanium Panerai deployant clasp. The watch also comes with an additional Panerai titanium bracelet.

DIAL & HANDS

The steely blue dial is in NOS condition with no signs of wear or age. The lumed hour markers are still bright green, including the large "12" Arabic numeral, as is all the type across the dial. The lumed sword hands are in exceptional condition and match the dial perfectly. 

ACCESSORIES 

This watch is a complete set with the original outer cardboard shipping box, wood Panerai display box, Panerai warranty card, Panerai chronometer certificate, serialized hang tags, instruction manual, and booklets. The watch is keeping time perfectly, the service history is unknown.
